How long does delivery take?

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes—expedited options may be available at checkout for eligible addresses and items.

How do I track my package?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email a tracking link. You can also check your order status in your account (if you created one at checkout).

Do you ship rods or oversized items?

We do. Oversized items (like some rods and rod tubes) may ship in protective packaging and can have additional shipping costs shown at checkout.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.

What is your return window?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in new, unused condition with original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Are there any items that can’t be returned?

For safety and quality reasons, some items may be final sale, including opened bait, used line, and other consumables. If you’re unsure, reach out before sending anything back.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you need a different size or model, the fastest option is usually to place a new order and return the original item. Contact us and we’ll help you choose the right replacement.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
